  Horrible experience. I ordered a S'more blizzard with Extra, Extra graham cracker. I drive down the road, take 5-6 bites of my blizzard to find out that there is no graham crackers.I go back thinking they made a mistake (no big deal, it happens). When I tell her there is no graham cracker she responded by informing me that they are all out of graham crackers. I then politely said that she should probably tell someone that when they order it. Especially when it's what I wanted extra of. As I began to say something else she then shut the window as I was speaking. Overall just a terrible experience. It's not the fact that they screwed up my order that upset me; its that the young lady who helped me was extremely rude
